 You must not use the Web Site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Web Site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.You understand that you, and not Atlas, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the Web Site for lawful purposes only.
You must not use the Web Site for any of the following:
(a)        to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety; or
(b)        for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity; or
(c)        to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory or menacing.

Your order

When you place an order to purchase a product from the Web Site, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirming to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you.
That acceptance will be complete at the time we deliver the goods to you.  If any product that you place an order for is out of stock or discontinued, we shall inform you in writing and make a full refund of any payment made by you.
Any goods ordered by you which are not confirmed by us to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order at any time up until the point of dispatch is confirmed above.
If you choose to cancel your order prior to dispatch then any payments that were made by you will be refunded to the credit or debit card from which they were taken within 30 days.
If your order has been dispatched to you, you will need to return any goods ordered to us prior to you obtaining a refund.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing sent to: Atlas Heating Supplies Limited, Newton Street, Stretford, Manchester M342 8LS or emailed to sales@atlasbathrooms.co.uk containing your name, address, order number and where a dispatch email sent, a copy of such email.

Returns policy

In addition to your 30-day return guarantee, customers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 7 (seven) days.
You can return goods purchased to us within such 30-days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.
Atlas does not accept liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless, in the opinion of Atlas, the goods are faulty.  If exchanging goods and the new items you require costs less than the ones you have returned we will refund you the difference.
If exchanging goods and the new items you require cost more than the one you returned an additional payment to cover the balance will be required.  All items that are exchanged will incur a new delivery charge at the then current rate, unless they are deemed faulty by us, in which case no further delivery charges will arise.
Where goods shown marked with “*” are supplied these items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging seal is broken.
If the goods you received are faulty, please contact sales@atlasbathrooms.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect and whether you require a refund or a replacement.  You will then be given an authorisation number and advised on how to proceed with the return.  You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty goods to return it to us.
If the goods you received are not what you originally ordered, please contact sales@atlasbathrooms.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the goods ordered/ received and whether you require a refund or a replacement.  You will then be given an authorisation number and advised on how to proceed with the return.  You have 7 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

For all returns you are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage and condition at point of posting.  We cannot accept responsibility for parcels which have been lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
All returns should include the original invoice for the goods (though you are advised to keep one copy of the invoice for your own records) to enable us to process the return as quickly as possible.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Methods of payment

We accept online payment by credit/debit card only.  We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Delta.  All transactions are in pounds sterling (£).  Prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£) and are correct at the time of publication.
Where appropriate prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%.

Pricing and unavailability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the Web Site.  Please note that delivery dates are estimates only they are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.  As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Electronic communications

When you visit the Web Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically.  We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Web Site.  Your consent to, by using the Web Site, receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.  This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Force majeure

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.  This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to a visit to this web site. English Law will apply to these terms and conditions.
